How to Get Your Lab Panels

To provide you with the most accurate supplement recommendations, we need recent lab test results. Below are the steps to obtain your lab panels, whether through your primary care provider (PCP), insurance, or self-pay options.

Option 1: Order Labs Through Your Primary Care Provider (PCP)

If you have a primary care provider, you can request the necessary lab tests during your next appointment.

  1. Schedule an Appointment: Contact your doctor’s office to schedule a visit or request a lab order via their patient portal.
  2. Request the Required Lab Panels: Provide your doctor with a list of recommended lab tests (we will supply this list).
  3. Use Your Insurance (If Applicable): If you have health insurance, your provider may cover some or all of the tests. Check with your insurer to confirm coverage.
  4. Visit a Lab: Your doctor will provide a lab order, which you can take to a nearby laboratory such as Quest Diagnostics, Labcorp, or a hospital-affiliated lab.
  5. Get Your Results: Once your results are ready, download them from your patient portal or request a copy from your provider.
  6. Upload Your Results: Submit your lab results through our secure portal for analysis.

Option 2: Use Insurance to Order Labs Directly

If you prefer not to visit your PCP, you can order lab tests directly through an insurance-approved provider.

  1. Check Your Insurance Plan: Contact your insurance company to see which lab providers and tests are covered.
  2. Find an In-Network Lab: Visit an approved lab service like Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp.
  3. Request the Required Panels: Some lab providers allow direct orders if they are covered under preventive health screenings.
  4. Submit Your Insurance Information: Your insurance may cover the tests fully or require a copay.
  5. Receive and Upload Results: Once you receive your results, upload them to our secure portal.

Option 3: Order Labs Online (Self-Pay, No Insurance Required)

If you want a fast, direct option without needing a doctor's visit, you can order lab tests online and pay out-of-pocket.
