Yes, TailoredHealth operates on a subscription basis. Your custom formula is provided in a 90-day supply, but for convenience, you’ll be billed monthly rather than paying the full amount upfront.
You can modify or cancel your subscription up to 15 days before your next renewal date. This ensures we have enough time to process any changes before your next shipment.
Because each formula is uniquely crafted for the individual, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Your formula comes in a 90-day supply and is billed monthly to offer the best value while allowing enough time for the supplements to be effective. If you update your health assessment, any adjustments will automatically be applied to your next shipment.
