How to Download Your Lab Results

From Function Health, Superpower, LabCorp, Quest, and most lab providers

If you’ve already had labs done, the first step is downloading a copy of your results so you can upload them into your TailoredHealth dashboard.

Most lab companies make this easy through an online portal or mobile app. Below are general instructions, plus provider-specific guidance for some of the most common platforms.

General steps (work for most providers)

  1. Log in to your lab provider’s website or app
  2. Go to a section called Results, Reports, or Documents
  3. Select the lab report you want to use
  4. Click Download, Export, or View PDF
  5. Save the file to your device
  6. Upload it inside your TailoredHealth dashboard

PDF files are ideal. If the provider only allows screenshots, you can still upload them — but full reports are best.

Provider-specific instructions

Function Health

  • Log into your Function Health account
  • Go to your Results or Biomarkers section
  • Open a lab report or visit summary
  • Look for a Download PDF or Export option
  • If no single download exists, use their report view and export or print to PDF

Superpower

  • Log into your Superpower dashboard
  • Navigate to Labs or Reports
  • Select a completed panel
  • Download the PDF or full report
  • Save it and upload to TailoredHealth

LabCorp

  • Go to LabCorp’s patient portal and log in
  • Click Test Results
  • Select the test date you want
  • Open the report and choose Download or Print
  • Save as a PDF to your device

Quest Diagnostics

  • Log into your Quest patient portal
  • Go to Test Results
  • Select a completed test
  • Click Download PDF or use the print option to save a file
  • Upload the saved report to your TailoredHealth dashboard

Doctor’s office or hospital systems

If your labs came from a hospital or doctor, they are usually available in a patient portal such as MyChart, FollowMyHealth, or a clinic-specific system.

  • Log into your patient portal
  • Go to Test Results or Health Records
  • Open the lab report
  • Download or print to PDF

If you can’t find a download option, you can request your records directly from the clinic. By law, they must provide you access to your lab results.

After you download your labs

  1. Log into your TailoredHealth dashboard
  2. Go to the Labs or Upload section
  3. Upload your file
  4. Our system organizes the data and our team reviews it

Once uploaded, your biomarkers are used alongside your DNA and lifestyle data to build and refine your personalized supplement protocol.

Helpful tips

  • Use full reports whenever possible, not single screenshots
  • Labs from the last 6 months are ideal
  • Up to 12 months can still be useful depending on the marker
  • You can upload new labs anytime to update your plan
