How does the process work from start to finish?
You sign up, complete a health questionnaire, and receive a free DNA kit. Once your DNA is analyzed and any labs are reviewed, our team formulates and ships your personalized 90-day supplement supply. Refills are prepared automatically ahead of time.
Is the DNA kit really free?
Yes. Every new subscription includes a DNA kit at no additional cost. Your DNA data is foundational to how we personalize your formula.
Do I need to upload lab results?
No. Lab results are optional, but uploading recent bloodwork allows for deeper personalization.
Who designs my supplement formula?
Your formula is designed by our clinical and formulation team using evidence-based research, your data inputs, and established nutrient guidelines.
Are these off-the-shelf supplements?

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our formulas, completed or shipped orders are non-refundable.
