How TailoredHealth Works
What is TailoredHealth?
TailoredHealth is a personalized supplement service that creates custom 90-day supplement formulas based on comprehensive lab results, and a lifestyle questionnaire. Every formula is made specifically for you.
How does the process work from start to finish?
Once you create a TailoredHealth account, you will complete a health questionnaire so we can better understand your goals, lifestyle, and history. From there, you will upload recent lab results to begin the formulation process.
Our team will analyze your provided data and key biomarkers to evaluate your supplemental needs and you will be provided a detailed breakdown of your personalized supplement blend, including dosages and ingredients. Once your formula is approved and you're ready to move forward, your custom 90-day supply is blended, encapsulated, and shipped right to your door.
From there, you will be able to update your profile anytime to keep your formula evolving with you.
Do I need to upload my lab results?
Yes! Here's why: Your lab data provides objective information going beyond guesswork to help build something truly personalized. It gives us clarity about where your body is today so we can support it intentionally. If you don’t have labs yet, we’ll point you in the right direction. The more insight we have, the more precise your formula can be.
Who designs my supplement formula?
Your formula is designed by our clinical and formulation team using evidence-based research, your objective lab data, and lifestyle inputs. We use established nutrient guidelines and current scientific literature to determine which nutrients you need, in what forms, and at what dosages to then custom-blend your formula specifically for you.
Are these off-the-shelf supplements?
Absolutely not! Every formula is custom blended and built for your specific needs. Nothing is pre-made or pulled from inventory.
Can my formula change over time?
It can, but it may not always need to. Your formula may be updated as new research or data evolves, though many core nutrient needs remain relatively consistent. Supplements are meant to support you long-term, with changes made only when necessary.
Can I update my labs after my initial formula is created?
Yes - we highly encourage you to update any new labs you acquire over time. You can upload any new labs or update your lifestyle questionnaire/profile at any time. When we receive updated data, our team will review it and can adjust your next 90-day formula to reflect your current needs.
What if I don’t have recent lab results?
That's completely okay! If you don’t have labs within the past 6–12 months, we’ll guide you on what testing to complete before your formula is finalized. Comprehensive bloodwork gives us the clarity needed to build something truly personalized.
What labs do I need?
We support labs from providers such as Function Health, Superpower, InsiderTracker, Mito, Whoop Labs, Labcorp and Quest Diagnostics. We recommend comprehensive bloodwork that includes but is not limited to:
• Complete blood count (CBC)
• Comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP)
• Lipid panel (including ApoB if available)
• Vitamin D
• B12 and folate
• Iron studies (including ferritin)
• Inflammatory markers (CRP)
• Fasting glucose and insulin
Why do you ask lifestyle and health questions?
Great question! Your lifestyle habits, goals, symptoms, and environment all play a part in influencing your nutrient needs. Your comprehensive labs provide data and your lifestyle questionnaire provide context.

How much does TailoredHealth cost?
TailoredHealth is billed at $525 every 90 days. This includes your personalized supplement formula, automatic refills, and ongoing access to your user dashboard with your health insights.
Why is it billed every 90 days?
Your supplements are designed and packaged as a 90-day supply to support consistency and long-term adherence. Nutrient repletion and meaningful change take time, and a 90-day window allows your body to respond while keeping your routine simple and sustainable.
How does billing work?
TailoredHealth is set up as a 90-day recurring subscription to keep things simple and consistent. Your formula renews automatically every 90 days, but you can adjust or cancel whenever you’d like.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged when your first order is placed, and then every 90 days thereafter when your next personalized supply is prepared. We always process refills ahead of shipment so your supplements arrive on time. You’ll receive a reminder before each renewal so that you can make changes as needed.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription if I need to?
Absolutely. You’re in full control and can pause or cancel your subscription from your account dashboard before your next shipment is created.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the personalized nature of our supplements, we’re unable to offer refunds on orders once they’ve been completed or shipped. If you have questions or concerns, email our support team at support@tailored-health.com. Our team is always here to help.

How do you ensure supplement quality and safety?
Our supplements are produced in partnership with a GMP-certified, third-party-tested compounding facility. Ingredients are sourced from vetted suppliers and undergo quality testing before being custom-blended and packaged under strict safety and quality standards.
Are your products FDA-approved?
Dietary supplements are not FDA approved. However, our supplements are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities.
Is TailoredHealth providing a prescription or medical treatment?
No, we are not offering a prescription OR medical treatment. TailoredHealth provides wellness-focused supplements and does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Our formulas are designed to support and optimize overall health and nutrient needs - not replace medical care. We encourage you to contact your medical provider with any health-related or specific concerns.
Why is having lab work so important?
Your blood markers give us insight into your current nutrient status, inflammation levels, metabolic function, and cardiovascular risk factors. This allows us to build a formula based on your physiology and needs right now based on real data.

How long does it take to receive my first order?
Your custom formula should take between 7–10 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Most customers receive their first order within 10–14 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
How often do refills ship?
You will receive refills every 90 days, timed to support consistency and make staying on track effortless.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, TailoredHealth ships only within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order details.
How do I take my supplements?
We include clear, personalized instructions with your shipment, and you can reference them anytime in your dashboard.

Your online dashboard lets you easily manage billing, shipping, and subscription settings whenever you need. Just enter your "login" information and verification code, and you'll be able to access your dashboard for review anytime.

What if I don’t want to take all the recommended capsules daily?
We get it! It can feel like a lot. However, your formula is designed for consistent daily use that provides you the best balance of your needs over time. If you have questions about dosing, our team can help clarify what’s essential vs optional within your blend.
