How to upload your InsideTracker labs

If you tested with InsideTracker, download the original laboratory report PDF from your account, the file generated by the testing lab, not a printed summary from your browser. Then upload that file to your TailoredHealth dashboard.

Two steps

  1. Download from InsideTracker

    1. Log in at insidetracker.com on a computer (the full PDF download works best on desktop).
    2. Click on My Results.
    3. Download the full laboratory report as a PDF, the original file from the testing lab.

  2. Upload to your TailoredHealth dashboard

    1. Go to my.tailored-health.com and sign in.
    2. Open Labs in your dashboard.
    3. Drag and drop your PDF into the upload area, or click Browse files.

Important: Upload the original laboratory PDF from InsideTracker. We cannot use screenshots, photos, or browser printouts.
