How to upload your InsideTracker labs

If you tested with InsideTracker, download the original laboratory report PDF from your account, the file generated by the testing lab, not a printed summary from your browser. Then upload that file in TailoredHealth Get Started after verifying your email.

Two steps

  1. Download from InsideTracker

    1. Log in at insidetracker.com on a computer (the full PDF download works best on desktop).
    2. Click on My Results.
    3. Download the full laboratory report as a PDF, the original file from the testing lab.

  2. Upload in TailoredHealth Get Started

    1. Go to Get Started at my.tailored-health.com and verify your email.
    2. Select InsideTracker as your lab provider.
    3. Drag and drop your PDF into the upload area, or click Browse files.

Important: Upload the original laboratory PDF from InsideTracker. We cannot use screenshots, photos, or browser printouts.
