How to upload your InsideTracker labs

Two steps

1. 1 Step 1

   Download from InsideTracker

   1. Log in at insidetracker.com on a computer (the full PDF download works best on desktop).
   2. Click on My Results.
   3. Download the full laboratory report as a PDF, the original file from the testing lab.

2. 2 Step 2

   Upload in TailoredHealth Get Started

   1. Go to Get Started and create your free account with your mobile number, your email, or Google.
   2. Choose I have lab results.
   3. Add your InsideTracker laboratory PDF: tap the upload area to choose it, or drag it in on a computer. You don’t need to pick your lab provider. We read it from the report.
   4. Check the box to confirm, then tap Read my results.
