How to upload your Superpower labs

Two steps

1. 1 Step 1

   Download from Superpower

   1. Log in to your Superpower account at superpower.com.
   2. Go to Data.
   3. Download the full lab report as a PDF, the original file from Superpower.

2. 2 Step 2

   Upload in TailoredHealth Get Started

   1. Go to Get Started and create your free account with your mobile number, your email, or Google.
   2. Choose I have lab results.
   3. Add your Superpower PDF: tap the upload area to choose it, or drag it in on a computer. You don’t need to pick your lab provider. We read it from the report.
   4. Check the box to confirm, then tap Read my results.
