How to upload your Function Health labs

Already completed your Function Health panel? You do not need new blood work. Download the official lab report PDF from your Function Health account, then upload that file to your TailoredHealth dashboard. We need the raw PDF from Function's documents portal, not a screenshot or browser printout.

Two steps

  1. Download from Function Health

    1. Log in at functionhealth.com.
    2. Open Documents or your lab results section.
    3. Download the official lab report as a PDF, the raw file from Function's documents portal.

  2. Upload to your TailoredHealth dashboard

    1. Go to my.tailored-health.com and sign in.
    2. Open Labs in your dashboard.
    3. Drag and drop your PDF into the upload area, or click Browse files.

Important: Upload the original PDF from Function Health. We cannot use screenshots, photos, or browser printouts.
