How to upload your WHOOP Labs results

If you completed WHOOP Advanced Labs testing, download your official lab report PDF from Quest Diagnostics, the laboratory that processed your blood draw. Then upload that file in TailoredHealth Get Started once you’ve created your free account.

Two steps

  1. Download your lab report

    1. Log in to MyQuest (Quest Diagnostics), open your WHOOP Advanced Labs results, and download the full report as a PDF.
    2. Do not use screenshots from the WHOOP app. We need the raw lab PDF.

  2. Upload in TailoredHealth Get Started

    1. Go to Get Started and create your free account with your mobile number, your email, or Google.
    2. Choose I have lab results.
    3. Add your Quest Diagnostics PDF: tap the upload area to choose it, or drag it in on a computer. You don’t need to pick your lab provider. We read it from the report.
    4. Check the box to confirm, then tap Read my results.

Important: Upload the official Quest Diagnostics PDF, or the original PDF from your lab provider. We cannot use screenshots from the WHOOP app.
