How to upload your WHOOP Labs results
If you completed WHOOP Advanced Labs testing, download your official lab report PDF from Quest Diagnostics, the laboratory that processed your blood draw. If you uploaded labs from another provider into WHOOP, download the original PDF from that provider instead.

Step 1
Download your lab report
- For WHOOP Advanced Labs: log in to MyQuest (Quest Diagnostics), open your results, and download the full report as a PDF.
- If you uploaded labs from another provider into WHOOP, download the original PDF from that provider's portal instead.
- Do not use screenshots from the WHOOP app. We need the raw lab PDF.

Step 2
Upload to your TailoredHealth dashboard
- Go to my.tailored-health.com and sign in.
- Open Labs in your dashboard.
- Drag and drop your PDF into the upload area, or click Browse files.
Important: Upload the official Quest Diagnostics PDF, or the original PDF from your lab provider. We cannot use screenshots from the WHOOP app.
