After subscribing, you received an email to set up your member dashboard. This is where you manage your account, upload labs, view your formula, and track your health over time.

Go to my.tailored-health.com and sign in with the email you used at checkout. If you haven't set a password yet, use the link in your welcome email to complete setup.
Log in to your dashboard and upload your lab PDF. We accept results from Function Health, Superpower, Whoop Labs, InsideTracker, and most standard blood panels. See our lab guide for step-by-step instructions by provider.
From your dashboard, you can pause, skip a shipment, update your delivery address, or cancel anytime. There are no locked-in contracts — you're always in control.
Open one pouch at a time and empty it into your countertop jar. Keep unused pouches sealed until you're ready for them. Your travel vial is for taking capsules on the go.
Your daily serving is printed on each pouch — typically 5–6 capsules depending on your formula. If you split your dose, take half with breakfast and half with lunch.
Once you've uploaded your labs and completed your health profile, your custom formula is built within 24 hours and reviewed by our formulation expert. You'll see the full breakdown in your dashboard before your first shipment arrives.
