Common questions
How do I log in to my dashboard?
Go to my.tailored-health.com and sign in with the email you used at checkout. If you haven't set a password yet, use the link in your welcome email to complete setup.
How do I upload my lab results?
Log in to your dashboard and upload your lab PDF. We accept results from Function Health, Superpower, Whoop Labs, InsideTracker, and most standard blood panels. See our lab guide for step-by-step instructions by provider.
How do I manage or pause my subscription?
From your dashboard, you can pause, skip a shipment, update your delivery address, or cancel anytime. There are no locked-in contracts. You're always in control.
How do I use the pouches and jar in my welcome kit?
Open one pouch at a time and empty it into your countertop jar. Keep unused pouches sealed until you're ready for them. Your travel vial is for taking capsules on the go.
What is my daily serving size?
Your daily serving is printed on each pouch, typically 5–6 capsules depending on your formula. If you split your dose, take half with breakfast and half with lunch.
When will my personalized formula be ready?
If you started with Get Started, you already saw your formula before subscribing. After checkout, an expert reviews it before it ships, and you'll see the full breakdown in your dashboard. Uploading new labs later refreshes your plan for the next cycle.
Can I use HSA/FSA for my subscription?
Yes. Many members save an average of 30% through HSA/FSA reimbursement via our partner Truemed. See our HSA/FSA guide for details.
